"Yes, yes, I know," the redhead commented softly to her younger brother. Hugo always took it upon himself to remind her about her father's statement when she first started school. The one that had to do with her avoiding the certain Malfoy roaming around and to beat him in every test. She smiled brightly at the fifth year, turned on her heel (exiting out of the compartment), and sauntered down the train, eyes searching over the place for an empty place to sit. Alone. Rose sighed quietly. You didn't get much "alone" when you lived with the name Weasley. The family was rather big, that was undeniable. So, naturally both privacy and alone time were scarce. Her lips formed into a soft smile as she pulled open the door and slipped into the compartment, pulling her trunk in behind her. Placing it against the window, she turned her chocolate brown eyes to the platform. As always, the Weasleys, Potters, and alike flooded the area. Her eyes immediately darted to her parents. Hermione Granger and Ronald Weasley. Both famous in the history books because of the events that occurred way-back-when. Two-thirds of the Trio, ever doing something remarkable. Rose had to admit, though never out loud, that the pressure to succeed was swallowing.[/size][/blockquote]
The girl took a stray strand of hair and tucked it behind her ear as she leaned over to open the trunk. She pulled out a book and silently begun to read it. Rose was the first Weasley is several generations to get out of the Gryffindor house. She landed herself in Ravenclaw. Ever inheriting her mother's brains, as Ron had said time and time again. Her mouth formed the words silently as she read over the lines, page after page. She was well into the climax of the book when her father asked her to put it away and focus on the packing that had to be finished. So, now you see, Rose couldn't put it down. Until the compartment door opened and her eyes snapped up. Her father warned her before not to get into it with Scorpious Malfoy. Claiming that he would undoubtedly be exactly like his father. While Rose listened and abided to her father's warning, she couldn't help but harbour the slightest fascination with him. He was, after all, forbidden.
