So, you've managed to stumble upon a copy of the Horlicks, have you? If you want to write for us, just attach it to any owl and inform it to go straight to Horlicks with your article; it'll know where to find us. From there, we'll print it and send it out with the morning mail. Not just students in Hogwarts get it, mind you... people on the outside are reading it too. So, keep your mind about you and don't say anything too... stupid. Just keep in mind everyone who might be reading it.
No; we can't tell you the printing location, nor where we actually meet to put it all together. See, the professors are after us. The words we write ring all but too true for them, and we believe people aren't ready for a newspaper that isn't in the pocket of the Ministry. We're here to print the news you actually want to read, without a spin or shadow. We'll be honest, and we'll be opinionated. If you don't like it, go read the Quibbler or something.
Aside from finding out about the lastest events and shooting off our mouths about everything, we're also here to keep the students of Hogwarts up to date on house points, Quidditch standings, and anything... interesting going on at Hogwarts. So, fold up your copy real snug and tight, and keep a close eye on those who might be watching for anyone reading a text book too closely... remember, the professors are out there against us, and will do anything to bring us down!

Rules of Posting an Article:
1. Articles should be about something happening in the Wizarding world, or about something going on at Hogwarts. Try and keep it canon, or, try and have your article reflect canon.
2. Every article will be read as though written by anonymous. This means, though you can interject your character in it, people might be able to guess who is writing it, and then find you and well... hurt you. So, be in character but be careful.
3. If you would like to do something concerning Quidditch, please contact the staff.
Rules of Reading and Replying to an Article:
You are allowed to leave a comment on an article once you have read it, but since this is in character, you have to write out what your character's response to the article would be. You can describe the setting that they are in when reading, their intitial reaction, if they want to write something in response, or if it gives them ideas for later. You get one reply to post your character's reaction, and no one will be responding to what you write, as it will be strictly for your own character's development. Since it is a racey paper, you should probably have them read it alone... though they can talk about articles with others in other parts of the castle.
