What if things had been different?
It's a question we all ask at some time in our lives. We know we can't change the past, and we know we can never find out the future. Some claim to see it, but that is all down to belief.
All we can do is live in the present and hope that, with a bit of luck, everything will go our way.
Changing that past is just an excuse to forget
The longer we spend on the past, the less time we have in the future. Moving on is a part of life, but so is going back.
We need to remember, but we need to forget.
Life is one big contradiction
But that's how we live. We can't change it; it's always going to be like that. We've gotten used to it.
That's the law of life
And we're about to change it...
