Kay, so, I was on mugglenet today, and only just found this. Basically (Though I dunno how it affects anyone else) they'll be tearing the entire movie apart. In my opinion.

i. There is going to be an attack scene on the Burrow during Christmas, that wasn't in the books. Death Eater raidwtf.

ii. They cut the Hospital Scene. I want to kill someone for that. The Tonks/Lupin relationship will be assumed, as will be the Bill being attacked by Greyback I guess.

iii. They just... they mutilated it. They absolutely ruined it. Without those points... those are major points, and I can't imagine what they did to the rest of the movie!

Seriously... wtf, dude? I hated Order of the Phoenix and I'm probably not going to waste my time watching this one. I don't see them in theatres anymore because it's a waste of $8, and now it's not even worth it to rent the DVDs. The best, most true to book film was the second, and it's been downhill from there.

I demand that Pete Jackson take over direction!

I really, really hope someone makes like a mini series out of the books and carries out all the facts. I don't care if it's made by people in the UK (who make really good mini series, btw) or even people in the US; I want it to be close to the books. God bless Rupert, Dan and Emma, but if they destroy my books I'll have to destroy them.

I wonder if they even care that they are fucking up the fandom. Pardon my language but it just makes me so freaking mad when people pull this sort of shit and just trash a really excellent book.

See, I have a titch that I'll see it. I'll be ultimately pissed off and probably be thrown out, but I will see it.

I had hopes for the seventh since it was split into two different movie parts, but seeing what they've done to the fifth and apparently sixth.. God, they better not take some parts of it out.
Leave it to the Hollywood Industry to make it more.. "interesting". >.>

I probably will end up buying it. I'll hate it, will rant a lot, but I still have a feeling that I'll end up with it on my shelves. How they think they're actually pleasing anyone by mutilating the books, because the fans will know they've messed it up and people who haven't read the books won't understand what's happening (I had to explain what was going on in The Order of the Phoenix film when I was watching it with my sister), I really don't know. They seem to have cut out so many necessary parts from the films so far that most of the seventh doesn't seem likely to make sense, even if it is split into two. ;;>.>

Grr, I'm going to hate this movie! Half-blood Prince was one of my favorite books and the chapter with St. Mungo's was my favorite chapter and they are taking it out?! And, no Phlegm?

I really hate David Yates! If he destroys the Deathly Hallows [even though it is split into two movies]... grrr.

The only reason I am seeing the movie is because my friend is paying for it. If she wasn't... I wouldn't go. They are messing up the books! GRRR!
