It's important to know what you are getting yourself into. Since the site is in the middle of a hiatus, and I am eager to keep on with my character, and develop relationships with other characters, and hopefully get a few people ensnared in this wonderful little world. If you would like to play a character, please pick one out, develop them a little with a bit of an application, and then play them out here. If you like them, the full site will be open in a few weeks and you can move the application there.

Face Claim: Eliza Dushku
Details: Penelope is Justin's younger sister. She's quite active and hardly ever stays in the village. She loves exploring which is why she was the first one to find the castle in the first place. She's the one woman that ends up showing the owner what its like to love another person once again.

Details: Justin is Penelope's older brother. He's quite over-protective of his sister and has been raising her ever since their parents died when he was 15, her 12. Justin doesn't like it when his sister sneaks out to see the owner of the castle, although he doesn't know about their relationship yet.

Details: Lance is in love with Penelope and the whole village can tell even Penelope. The only problem is the fact that she isn't in love with him. In fact Penelope can't stand being around him but Lance keeps trying. He doesn't find out about her and Phillip but after following her one night he finds out and now he plans to destroy their relationship.

Details: Phillip has lived in the castle all his life, never leaving it for anything. His parents taught him everything he needed to know. His life was destroyed though when his parents died and he was left to take care of himself and his sister. Lately Phillip has been seeing a woman coming into his castle on more than one occasion. After speaking to her only once, Phillip has began to fall for her but there's only one thing standing in his way. His sister who doesn't want him ever to fall in love and destroy their lives.

Details: Alyson is Phillip's younger sister. The two of them have been living in the castle alone for years after their parents death, never setting foot outside. Now though she has noticed a woman coming around more and she's noticed that her brother might be falling in love with said woman. That's something Alyson doesn't want. She doesn't want another woman trying to take her brother from her so she's set out for trying to get rid of Penelope.

Details: William is Lance's best friend and doesn't really see his interest in Penelope. William doesn't find her all that appealing but he helps his friend as best as he can with winning the woman over. He doesn't know though of the sneaking around the woman does and at first doesn't even believe Lance until he takes him with him one night. After that, William begins to really despise the woman and doesn't want Lance to be with her but he doesn't listen to him but William continues to try and persuade him.

Life in Averyln, France has always been the same with nothing interesting ever happening. People move in, people move out but nothing ever stirs this small village. Even with all the tales of those that live in Garnier Castle no one has really noticed much going on.
At least that's how it was until Lance Martin, the village's hunk started saying that he was deeply in love with the new, weird woman Penelope Hoffman. Everyone in the village knows about his love for her, including Penelope. After learning that Penelope didn't share his feelings, Lance has began to do even more desperate things, trying with all of his might to win her over.
While Lance continued with his pitiful attempts, Penelope started searching out the forest, looking for something interesting to enjoy. When she came across the castle, Penelope met the two residents that lived there along with their servants. She learned then what it was like to fall in love with someone but there's just a few problems with it.
Now with Phillip's sister keeping them apart and Lance trying to get Penelope as his own, Phillip and Penelope must find some way to be together or be forced to stay apart forever.
