Characters of the Month.
Now that the revamp is finished, it's time to start these awards again! Is there someone you feel has been doing an exceptional job here at H&H character-wise? Posting often, helping to move the plot or their own sub-plots forward, or just generally having an awesome take on their character?
Time to nominate them for recognition.
Please note, however, that you cannot nominate yourself or your characters (where's the fun in that anyway), and you should really only nominate someone once. For this, the staff can be nominated, since they're RPers the same as everyone else.
Final votes will be put into a poll for you members to vote on. In order to reach this level, you need at least two nominations.
The Characters of the Month will receive 10 Karma points and 50 house points or 50 Sickles, depending if they are an adult or student.
You can nominate one male and one female character. Please tell us who you are nominating and why.

Who? Ginny Weasley
Why? One, kudos for being Ginny Weasley in the first place. I think she's the first to stick around as long as she has. She has many active threads and has a unique take on the character. I also like that while staying as close to canon as possible, she's not afraid to add a little originality here and there.
Who? Tanner Bancroft
Why? We're a few weeks into the Revamp and this character already has a bunch of threads up, is encouraging activity, and is trying to get the Grendel members organized and active.

Who? Ginny!! Why? PFFT! It's Ginny! Not only is she mad active, but she's a hoot as well. I've read some of her threads and she's a rather good RPer, not to mention a GENIUS, personally the character and her player should get it. So she'll be nominated for Member of the Month too. ^^ Who? Hrm... Tanner!  Why? I remember when he was new here and I can see the roleplay for the character has gotten better, not to mention he started the epic grendelfied thread of grendelness! He's helping keep this site active, so he's coooool. [:

Who? Ginny Weasley
Why? I've always thought that Ginny is one of the harder Weasleys to play, but Chels has done a great job with her. She's been really active and I love her take on a well-known canon character.
Who? Frederick Avery
Why? I must admit, I'm a little biased in this particular vote since the character was made for me and is a perfect representation of what I had in mind for Alyssa's brother. However, as well as that, she's been posting a fair amount with Freddie and made a character who's an original take on the usual pureblood supremists and ex-Death Eaters.

Why? I'm not bias, or anything. What, with being his wife. But, no. He's completely awesome, I love the take on the character. He's very... interesting.

Why?: She is like Bellatrix living again. I love that she is evil but she keeps in under wraps and wouldn't kill everyone she meets.
Who: Wilkie Twycross
Why: He's a good character and I love the fact that Tanner and him have a bad past relationship. It was very interesting.

Why? I can't believe she isn't on here already! Libby is one of the best characters on this site, and she always has been. I love all the threads I read that have her in them, she's such an awesome charrie.

Why? He's a pretty interesting character. He has a funny point of view. I mean asking why people wear drab clothes? and the behaving himself comment? its just funny lol
