It was a cold brisk Morning as Tanner ventured out to the streets of diagon Alley. He was dressed in his finest robes with hood pulled so far up as to obscure his Face, this was to keep People instantly recognize him. Especially an Aurors or Hogwarts student were there on the day the Dark Lord fell. If Anyone saw him they might instantly recognize him and cart him off to Azkaban seeing as he was able to evade the authorities thus far. Tanner never once renounced the old ways seeking pureblood Purity and with his newfound leadership within the Grendel, Tanner was going to do that goal. Tanner kept his hand close to his wand in the moment arrived that he needed to use it.
"Get a hold of yourself Tanner. No one has recognized you for weeks now. You have done well to evade the stupid aurors" Tanner contemplated to himself. As Tanner walked he could help but get the feeling that there was a pair of staring right at him. It could be that some from that battle actually remembered him. He shook the feeling off, he thought he was being too paranoid. The sad part about being a death eater on the run was the constant paranoia that someone will recognize him whether it be an auror or fellow death eater. He had to be careful for one minute he could be enjoying a leisurely stroll and the next he would find himself either in Azkaban or worse dead.
Tanner walked leisurely down the alley when he heard footsteps behind him. He stopped for a brief moment as if to study the presence behind him. He could sense that the presence was of no real threat to him. The presence in felt seemed like it was scared, but was willing to stand up to him. "It's not wise to follow people. I would advise that you leave, You have no idea who you are trailing." Tanner said with gruff tone of voice that let the stranger know that he was in no mood to be followed. If the person continued following him, He would be tempted to kill them but that would draw too much attention on himself. Tanner waited to see what this person would do.

It was Friday, and Astoria had already been to her one class for the day. Professor McGonagall's advanced class consisted of her and few other students who deeply loved and were good at transfiguration. Of course, Astoria was beyond the class, beyond her tutoring with McGonagall, and bored to tears. If she had been any other student, no doubt she would have spent the weekend piled under homework. Instead, Story had completed her assignments early and was just waiting for the right time to take off for the weekend.
It was nice finally being a seventh year student, where she could take what classes she wanted and schedule her time so that she could have a three day weekend. What was even better was her arrangement with McGonagall the Headmistress. Since her father was dead, her mother was gone, and her sister was uninterested, it meant Astoria was essentially emancipated, which she explained as thus to McGonagall. Astoria ran the Greengrass books now, which meant business had to be a part of her life, which meant that some days she would have to leave Hogwarts and venture to London to meet with CEO's and analysts. On account of her excellent marks and good behavior, Story was as good as golden, but as McGonagall's star transfiguration pupil, it wasn't enough to have leave on the weekends. McGonagall had surprised Story with a portkey to Diagon Alley.
As a student and a business woman, Astoria knew that Mondays through Thursdays were dedicated to schoolwork (and a bit of business if she were bored), while Saturdays and Sundays were usually put to meetings and paperwork. Fridays... were more of a grey area. Usually, Story found herself taking Fridays off to relax and enjoy being young. And perhaps that is why when she landed in Diagon Alley that Friday morning, she went for a cup of tea instead of heading to the Floo network. She would wait to go home, she thought. Maybe today she could actually relax... maybe she might take a nap!
Her tea had been piping hot, and she had ordered a scone to go with it, and it had been buttery and delicious. When she was finished, she stretched and left the shop, minding to put a few knuts on the table as she rose. She wore a white business suit today, with crisp pleats and folds in the jacket and trousers, and tall thin heels that clicked on the pavement. Over top of that she wore a white mink cloak with a large hood, though the hood was down. Her pale yellow hair cascaded over her shoulders and shined in the morning light. As she walked down the street, Astoria smiled.
Without much purpose, Astoria wandered through the alley. To be honest, she was mostly just looking through the shop windows and wondering whether or not she was interested in buying what she saw. Since it was still pretty early in the morning, there were very few wizards wandering about, which was fine by her. She didn't hate the hustle of a busy street, but some times it could press on her patience. Either way, she was pretty glad the streets were mostly empty. Well, except for one fellow in front of her who was strolling in the same direction she was. She paid him no real mind, except to note his position, as she stopped in front of the cauldron shop.
She was admiring one of the emerald and silver caldrons in the window when suddenly there was a shift in the wind, which sent a chill finger down Astoria's back. She shivered and pulled her hood over her head, but the wind merely knocked it off again, and this time it was much colder. She shivered and simply pulled the collar tighter around her neck instead, but the cold didn't leave her and only got worse. It was like death had suddenly stopped beside her. She looked around her, mildly disturbed, only to see a cloaked man studying her, staring at her. She couldn't see his face well enough to know him.
He said to her gruffly, "It's not wise to follow people. I would advise that you leave, You have no idea who you are trailing."
"I'm sorry," she said softly. "I didn't realize that I was following you. I am merely shopping."

Tanner relaxed slightly as he heard the person reply to him, this was a voice he was familiar with. He had met the girl on a previous outing. Astoria hadn't been in the duel at Hogwarts so she had no clue of the man's Evil intentions. Tanner lowered his hood slightly "A bit dangerous to be out on these streets isn't Astoria. You do realize there are old death eaters about don't you?" Tanner asked concerned for the young woman. It as odd He never let anyone get to know him but this girl was somehow different. On their first meeting He got a sense she was hiding something dark and sinister but he couldn't put his finger on it.
Tanner moved his hand from gripping his wand. This girl was no threat to him in fact he had Astoria believing that he was a good guy. He intended to keep this Facade up for as long as possible. It could one day benefit him should the aurors come for him. All Tanner need to do was keep his dark mark well hidden around Astoria. This wasn't easy because most of his cloaks easily slipped down to show the mark that he had proudly been branded with.
Tanner peered around at the various amount of shops around him. He was in no need of anything particular today it was just nice to enjoy an outing, given the big risk he put himself just by being out in broad daylight. "Astoria, what brings you out here? More matters about Rfamily?" Tanner asked knowing full well that Astoria's dad had died leaving her the caretaker of the family legacy. It was similar to Tanner's story except that he killed his own father. The man had brought nothing good to Tanner's life, and he never regretted taking the man's life. It was all due to his mother falling in love with that stupid muggle that Tanner was now stuck being a half blood instead of enjoying the luxury of being a pureblood. Astoria had no clue Tanner wasn't pureblood like her, he liked keeping his blood status well hidden. It was especially had when he joined the death eaters. He had to keep mental blocks up all the time because the dark lord could read his mind and discover his half-blood status.
Tanner sensed a change in the wind like Astoria could tell he was an evil wizard, he kept shaking it off as paranoia.Tanner hated that ever since the dark lord fell his days had been filled with restless nights and bouts of extreme paranoia. He longed for the day when he would find a pureblood boyfriend and the two of them would settle down, but those days were not in his future. The only thing that was in Tanner's future was either a cell in Azkaban for life or the purification of the wizarding world. Tanner was hoping for the later. He knew how Azkaban had changed his old Mentor Bellatix, She had lost her mind in that accursed place. Even when Bellatrix had lost her mind, Tanner still admired her. He had dueled her and had earned her respect and she became his mentor.
Tanner turned his attention back to Astoria after letting it wander to old memories of Bellatrix. " Sorry about that i was just thinking about the war that everyone is still trying to get over" Tanner replied softly.
