The day the Battle of Hogwarts ended many beloved witches and wizards had died that day, and it left an emotional scar on any who were old enough to remember it. Hogwarts had been destroyed, the Ministry had fallen; it left a chance to rebuild and learn from the past. Life turned peaceful as one dangerous threat vanished, but what about the tarnished souls that remain?
The war is over, but is it a new beginning, or a second chance? It's been three years since, and the school has been rebuilt for two years. Those that hadn't been able to graduate in 1998 were given the chance to return, and many did. Kingsley Shacklebolt became the Minister of Magic, and worked hard to revolutionise the Ministry. Harry Potter and Ronald Weasley became Aurors, not returning to the school, to catch the Dark Wizards that had escaped.
As a new school year begins, and the smell of burning leaves are crisp in the air, will things finally bring us to Our Awakening?
